My concept as a
therapist is based on
the humanistic, holistic
tradition, more precisely
on Gestalt Therapy
developed by Fritz Perls.
Respect and therapeutic
diligence are key values
for me. My approach is
client-oriented, meaning that your goals and
needs build the base for the therapeutic
treatment. On this basis, together we work out a
treatment plan as well as therapeutic goals,
which will be adjusted and reconsidered as the
therapy progresses. Another key factor is using
the existing resources and the body: Every
person has inner wisdom, natural intuition and
resources which are essential in accessing the
life energy within and transforming difficult
phases in life.

methods.
